Serai inn is an good option for those wanting to be near, but not in the midst of Kuala Lumpur's bustle. You can in fact visit many places of interests on foot from here. We have measured the time required by taking an actual walk ourselves! We are:

• 8 minutes walk to Puduraya bus terminal (which connects you to all the major cities of Peninsular Malaysia);
• 4 minutes walk to Masjid Jamek Light Rail Transit, the metro station that connects you to Petronas Twin Tower, Kampung Baru, Little India and KL Sentral (where you can take the express train to or from Kuala Lumpur International Airport);
• 6 minutes walk to the Independence (Merdeka) Square
• 8 minutes walk to Chinatown and Central Market.
