What
are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at
2.00pm and check-out is at 12.00pm. Early check-in is subject to room
availability. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage in
the store room. Then, you can hang out and relax at our lounge, surfing
Internet or take a stroll at the surrounding area. Just be patient
and allow us to prepare the room for you.
How
do I get to Serai Inn from the airport or bus terminal?

Are
your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes,
all the rooms are air-conditioned.
Do
you have en-suite bathrooms?
No,
we are a budget hostel and thus we only have common bathrooms and
toilets (on sharing basis).
Can
I pay with credit card?
We
do not have facilities to handle credit card payments in-house yet.
However, you can make a booking using your credit card through hostelworld.com
or its affiliates. You will be requested to pay 10% deposit plus
a service charge. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon
your arrival at Serai Inn.
Can
I pay with US-Dollars or other currencies?
We only accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). However; there are plenty
of money changers in the vicinity offering good exchange rate.
Do
you offer airport pick-up?
Sorry, we do not offer airport pick-up but there are many convenient
ways to get here from the airport. Please check our Direction
page.

几点钟可入住/该退房？
入住：下午两点钟。退房：中午十二点。如您预订的房间在前一天无人入住的话， 可提早入住。
如您在下午两点之前抵达，我们可以帮您把行李储存起来。您可在交谊厅坐坐，看看电视，上上网轻松一下，或者到旅社附近逛一逛，同时耐心的等候我们把您的房间准备好。

每个房间都有空调吗？
是的。
有没有设有浴室/卫生间的房间？
抱歉，没有。柠檬草舍是个小小的经济型旅社，所有浴室/卫生间都是公用的。
可以用信用卡结帐吗？
不可以，我们只接受现金（马币）。
可以用美金或其他外币结帐吗？
不可以，我们只接受现金（马币）。别担心，旅社附近有好多钱币兑换商可以给您不错的兑换率。
可以安排机场接送吗？
我们并没有这项服务，因为从机场到柠檬草舍其实非常方便。您可选择乘坐巴士，快铁或计程车（打的）。请参考位置简介。
